Soccer Rankings USA (also called Youth Soccer Stats) is a youth soccer rankings and scores app published by JG Sports Apps LLC. This policy explains what the app does with information.
Summary
Soccer Rankings USA has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Your followed teams and settings stay on your device. The app talks to our server only to download rankings, and, if you choose, to send result alerts or a problem report.
Information stored on your device
Teams and clubs you follow, your settings (such as notification preferences and appearance), cached rankings and logos, and any problem reports waiting to be sent are stored on your device.
Rankings and score updates
The app downloads rankings, scores, schedules, team logos and app settings from our update service. These requests carry no account or advertising identifier, and the app does not accept cookies. Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and basic request details; we use them only to operate and secure the service and keep them only as long as needed for that.
Notifications (optional)
If you allow notifications, the app sends our server your device's push token, the platform and the app version, so we can send result and ranking alerts. We do not link the token to your name or email. If you turn notifications off, we stop sending alerts. We keep push tokens only as long as needed to send the alerts you have asked for.
Problem reports (optional)
If you use "Report a problem", we receive the team or game it concerns, the subject, category and text you type, and the labels shown on the screen you reported from. No screenshot image, name or contact detail is sent. Please don't include personal information in a report. Reports are kept only as long as needed to review and fix the issue.
Team, game and player information
Rankings are based on team-level results: team names, dates and scores from public sources. If you represent a team or club, or you are a player or parent, and want information in the app corrected or removed, email [email protected].
Purchases
If the app offers paid features, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store (or by Google Play on Android). We never receive your payment card details.
Links to other websites
The app links to league, club and publisher websites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
This app contains no third-party advertising.
We use a hosting provider to run our update service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Children
The app is meant for parents, coaches and fans. It is not directed to children under 13 and has no accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information (for example in a problem report), email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Security
All connections to our service use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can remove information stored on your device by deleting the app. You can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law. Depending on where you live (for example, Texas, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as the right to access, correct, delete or port your information, or to appeal a decision we make about your request. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Changes
If we change how an app handles information, we will update its policy and the effective date first. If a change is significant, we will also tell you in the app before it takes effect.
